The University was honored with the presence of the two (2) experts in the persons of Dr. Angel C. Alcala, former CHED Chairman and Dr. Roberto N. Padua, former CHED Commissioner who both shared their expertise in the presence of the University faculty researchers during the  Scientific Technical Writing Seminar-Workshop conducted last July 21 – 22, 2009. The Seminar – Workshop was a huge success considering the new idea and experiences shared by the two experts to the select faculty researchers.
