BSU Receives Awards from CSC

Congratulations to Dr. Victor M. Barroso and the Bukidnon State University for the back-to-back victory as the OUTSTANDING HEAD OF AGENCY and OUTSTANDING AGENCY respectively! The awards was given by the Civil Service Commission Region X during the culmination program of the 110th Anniversary Celebration of the Philippine Civil Service on September 27, 2010 at Limketkai Mall, Cagayan de Oro City.
